A minimum 50% Advance deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon final delivery.

3 free revisions are included with each project. Each Additional revision will be charged at 10% of the total project cost. All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft.

Once editing has started, no refunds will be issued. If our team is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be offered

The lowest delivery time is 1 Day. However Turnaround time depends on projects, and will be communicated before the start. Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge. Delays caused by client response time, incomplete materials, or unclear instructions are not the studio's responsibility.
